RULES AND GUIDELINES

  • Please be respectful of our Guests of Honor, Staff, the Venue, and VIP and General attendees.

  • Running is not allowed (unless a stage performance or asked to by Staff).

  • We want everyone to have fun with our Guests of Honor but do not ask inappropriate questions. Examples of this include personal information (how much do they make as a VA, where do they live, phone number, etc.), political viewpoints, religious viewpoints, etc.. If you have to question if it's okay to ask, it's better to not ask. We will be around the area and if caught asking inappropriate questions, you may no longer be permitted to sit with the VAs.

  • No offensive clothing will be allowed during the Event, including profanity towards an individual, promotion of racism, etc.. General Rule of thumb is if it can strike a heavy debate, best to not wear it.

  • Refunds will not be given for removal of any parts of the VIP Experience, showing up late or not at all, or being removed from the venue.

  • The Event is family friendly. No 18+ Cosplays, especially those that are completely topless or expose genitalia or someone's entire rear.
