Vendor Hall Time:
12:00pm - 9:00pm*
*12-1pm will be VIP only. While the mall asks we stay until they close, we will allow vendors the option to leave 1 hour early if foot traffic is low.
ARTIST SPACE: Each vendor spot is ≈10ft x 10ft*. Vendors will be an INDOORS mall inside an empty store building.
In order to keep our prices as low as possible, vendors must bring their own equipment; this includes tables, chairs, lighting, etc.
ONLY PREMIUM ARTIST TABLES HAVE THEIR TABLE SET UP.
RULES AND DETAILS:
- Vendors must keep their area clean and pick up any trash left in their area after tearing down. MOST AREAS ARE CARPET SO PLEASE BE EXTRA CAREFUL WITH DRINKS, SAUCES, AND OTHER LIQUIDS!
- Vendors must stay until 8pm; after 8pm, vendors are free to teardown.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- Booth sharing is allowed. If you plan to booth share, please have all vendor names submitted by March 1st.
- It is NOT a requirement to only sell gacha game themed merchandise.
- No AI generated products, including prints, allowed.
SET-UP: Time to be determined.
VOICE ACTORS: Voice Actor Guests will be located inside upstairs on the 2nd Floor of the Nordstrom. However, escalators are out of service so you’ll have to exit through the front and use the west side escalators.
We allow vendors to meet guests after 1:00pm when the VIP hour is over.
Vendor Spot - 10x10ft
In the unfortunate scenario that we have to cancel the event due to severe weather or acts of God, vendors will be offered either a full refund or credit for a future event. The event will be held rain or shine; light to moderate rain will not cancel the event.
If you need to cancel, no refunds after 3/1/2026; if you cancel after the deadline, your payment will be credit for one of our future events. Credit must be used within 3 events.
